| The 2004 Sunfire is a 2-door, 5-passenger family coupe, available in two trims, the Coupe w/1SV and the Coupe. The 2004 Sunfire's closest competitors include the Chevrolet Cavalier, the Ford Focus, and the Saturn ION. Upon introduction, both trims are equipped with a standard 2.2-liter, I4, 140-horsepower engine that achieves 26-mpg in the city and 37-mpg on the highway.
